A single merchandiser owns your order end to end, so you always have one point of contact who knows the status of every style.

Enquiry & tech pack
You send artwork, tech pack, sizing needs and quantities. No tech pack? A sketch and reference garment is enough — our team drafts it.
- 02
Quotation
We return an itemised FOB or CIF quote within 24–48 hours, including fabric, decoration, packing and freight options.
- 03
Digital mock-ups
Our designers produce front/back/side mock-ups in your colours with sponsor placement, revised until you approve.
- 04
Pre-production sample
A physical sample ships within 5–7 working days for fit, fabric and colour sign-off.
- 05
Bulk production
On approval and deposit, the order enters cutting, printing, stitching and embroidery. Lead time is confirmed with you at quotation stage.
- 06
Quality control
Inline and final AQL inspections cover measurements, colour, stitching, trims and packing.
- 07
Packing & export
Polybagged, size-labelled and cartoned, with full export documentation by air or sea.
OEM
You bring the design
We manufacture strictly to your patterns, specs, fabrics and labelling. Your intellectual property stays yours — we sign NDAs on request and never resell buyer designs.
ODM
We develop it with you
Start from our existing block patterns and fabric library, then customise fit, colourways and branding. This is the fastest route to market for new brands.
