Responsible production

Ethical manufacturing is how we build trust

Our buyers sell to clubs, brands and consumers who care about where their kit comes from. We manufacture with fairness, safety and transparency at every step.

Our promise

People-first production, planet-aware processes

Sportswear manufacturing is labour-intensive. We take that responsibility seriously. From the cutting table to the final carton, we treat workers, buyers and the environment with the same respect we put into every garment.

We do not chase the lowest cost at the expense of people. Instead, we invest in skilled operators, clean facilities and clear documentation so every order can be traced back to a responsible process.

Ethical pillars

What we stand by

Fair labour & wages

Every operator is paid at or above the local minimum wage, on time and in full. We keep detailed attendance and payroll records that buyers can review during audits.

Safe working environment

Our floor is well-lit, ventilated and equipped with fire extinguishers, first-aid kits and clear emergency exits. PPE is provided and training is given for every machine.

No child labour

We verify the age of every worker before hiring and maintain a strict no-child-labour policy. Only adults 18+ are employed in production roles.

Transparent production

Buyers receive documented updates at sampling, production and QC stages. We welcome virtual walkthroughs and scheduled factory visits to verify standards firsthand.

Environmental care

Sublimation printing reduces water waste compared to traditional dyeing. We recycle fabric off-cuts, optimise carton sizes to cut shipping waste and use biodegradable polybags on request.

Continuous improvement

We regularly review our processes, train supervisors and act on buyer feedback. Our goal is to raise standards year after year, not simply meet them once.

Commitments

Our standards in practice

  • Compliance with Pakistan labour laws and ILO conventions
  • Documented worker onboarding, contracts and payroll records
  • Regular internal audits of health, safety and working hours
  • Open-door policy for third-party social audits
  • Ethical sourcing of raw materials from approved suppliers
  • Confidential grievance channel for staff concerns

Buyer assurance

What you can expect

We know B2B buyers need more than promises. That is why we keep production records, share photos at key milestones and allow buyers to arrange third-party audits.

Whether you are a brand with a strict supplier code or a club looking for kit made the right way, we can tailor documentation and compliance support to your needs.
