Quality control
Five checkpoints before your order leaves the floor
Consistency is what makes a repeat buyer. Our QC team reports to management, not to production, so nothing ships to hit a deadline.
- 01
Fabric intake
Every roll is checked for GSM, shade, width, hand-feel and visible defects before it reaches the cutting table. Off-shade rolls are rejected, not blended.
- 02
Print & colour
Sublimation output is compared against the approved mock-up and Pantone references under standardised lighting.
- 03
Inline stitching
Floor QC checks seam strength, stitch density, elastic tension and label placement at each stitching line, hourly.
- 04
Measurement audit
Garments are measured against the approved spec sheet with tolerance ranges recorded per size.
- 05
Final AQL inspection
A random sample is inspected to AQL 2.5 for major defects covering appearance, decoration, trims, packing and labelling.
